Booking and Reservations

1.Booking Process: To reserve a vehicle, you must provide valid identification, a driver's license, and payment details. Bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation.

2.Reservation Modifications: You can modify or cancel your reservation online or by contacting our customer support team. Changes may be subject to availability and applicable fees.

3.Rental Period: Rentals are available on a daily or monthly basis. Additional charges may apply for extended rental periods or late returns.

Vehicle Usage

Authorized Drivers: Only authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement are permitted to operate the vehicle. Additional drivers must be registered and approved by CARS2GO.

Vehicle Care: You are responsible for maintaining the rented vehicle in good condition and following manufacturer-recommended guidelines for fuel, mileage, and maintenance.

Prohibited Use: The rented vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, racing, off-road driving, or towing without prior authorization. Smoking and pets are also prohibited in our vehicles.

Payments and Fees

Rental Charges: Rental charges are based on the type of vehicle, rental period, and additional services selected. Payment must be made in advance, and security deposits may be required.

Late Returns: A grace period may be provided for returning the vehicle. Late returns may incur additional fees or penalties as specified in the rental agreement.

Damages and Penalties: You are liable for any damages, losses, or violations incurred during the rental period. Charges for damages, cleaning, or traffic violations will be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately.
